When You Don’t Feel Fully Seen

  • Questioning how safe it is to be fully open in relationships

  • Carrying the impact of past invalidation or misunderstanding

  • Navigating tension between your identity and family or cultural expectations

  • Feeling disconnected, isolated, or unsure where you fully belong

  • Wanting to feel accepted without having to justify who you are

 

Even when you’ve found supportive spaces, it can still take time to feel fully safe being yourself.
